1. Add channel searching by day/time, IOV range in nanoseconds and by luminosity block numbers / run numbers
2. Add filtering function to global tag list
3. Add DIFF function for global tags crosschecking
4. Add Search function for searching global tags in various DB and schemas
5. Retrieve update history for a tag from COOL
6. Interface AtlCoolTag functionality e.g. SET command for global tag manipulation
7. Add existing tools and functionalities (e.g. ACE) for payload-level manipulation and queries
8. Modification of GUI of existing Cool Tag Browser
