EXECUTION OF TEST PROJECT

CAD/CAM Engineering Center has executed two start-up projects for Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany. According to 1st project conceptual design of HESR transport system has been built in CATIA V5 in respond of requirements specifications from Juelich (download project movie here…)). According to 2nd project parameterized 3D model of the MXL sextupole magnet was built in CATIA V5 from the 2D drawings (download 3D report here…). CAD/CAM Engineering Center invites senior designers from Georgian Technical University, Professor Dr. Tamaz Mchedlishvili and Dr. Vaja Kiria for participation in start-up project with Forschungszentrum Juelich. Invited co-partners were responsible for the mechanical engineering aspects of development of magnet transportation system for HESR tunnel. They have work in pair with one CATIA designer from center. Final results were presented in CATIA native form compatible for Smarteam application at Forschungszentrum Juelich.
