Round table on-line discussion has been held between the collaborative partners Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany and GCCEC. Three parties were participated: ZAT office at Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany, GCCEC main office, Tbilisi, Georgia and CERN office of GCCEC, Geneva, Switzerland. It was considered status of execution of working package 1. GCCEC main office has represented beam monitor system BPM150 developed by GCCEC. All parties were on-line interacted with common CATIA desktop where the 3D model of BPM150 was uploaded. All aspects of design geometry have been studied. It was emphasize importance of continuation of such kind discussions in virtual engineering office. Collaborative contract has been signed between GCCEC and Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany in May, 2009. According to contract GCCEC will execute 3 working packages for HESR/Panda experiments WP1: development of 2D mechanical drawings of beam positioning monitor WP2: development of Cyclotron components WP3: designing the transport system of HESR. Funding year will be follow up to the end of May, 2010.
