Chief Manager of GCCEC Alexander SHARMAZANASHVILI participated in 9th International Symposium “Tools and Methods of Competitive Engineering” TMCE’2012 held in Karlsruhe, Germany on 7-11 May, 2012 ( http://www.tmce.org ). He has 30 minutes podium presentation about the “Modelling Aspects of Hyper-Complex Products in Nuclear Engineering Projects” (download presentation .pdf from here …). Report and paper which was selected and published in proceedings, describes unique approach and methodology of 3D models migration and development of entire geometry model of very complex products. Special phases of Transformation, Validation and Integration of models migration life cycle described in detailed. Conclusions summarize results of case study of development of world’s largest CAD model of ATLAS detector.
