Two start-up test projects were chosen to check possible cooperation between CAD/CAM Engineering Center and the HESR project team at FZJ. According to first project center have to build parameterized 3D model of the MXL sextupole magnet from the 2D drawings. 2nd project foresee development of conceptual design for transportation of various types of magnets inside the HESR tunnel. Meeting was organized by Dr. Rudolf Maier, Director at Institute for Nuclear Physics (IKP-4) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZP) and were attended Prof. Dr. Alexander Sharmazanashvili, Director of CAD/CAM Engineering Center, Tbilisi, Georgia, Dr. Andro Kacharava, Spokesperson of ANKE collaboration at IKP of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), Dr. Ulf Bechstedt, senior scientist at Institute for Nuclear Physics (IKP-4) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), responsible for magnets within HESR project, Dr. Raimund Toelle, senior scientist at Institute for Nuclear Physics (IKP-4) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), responsible for controlling within the HESR project, Dipl. Ing. Franz Klehr, project engineer at Central Department for Technology (ZAT) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), responsible for mechanical design within the HESR project, Dipl. Ing. Dirk Grunwald, head of mechanical design group at Central Department for Technology (ZAT) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), Dr.-Ing. Frank Esser, project engineer at Central Department for Technology (ZAT) of Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ), responsible for vacuum within HESR project.
