Dissertation work “Development of Geometrical Descriptions of Magnet System of ATLAS Detector for the Simulation and Reconstruction Software Packages” of Master’s student of Technical University of Georgia Niko TSUTSKIRIDZE has been considered at CERN. Applicant makes 30 minutes presentation (Download .pdf here …) and describes his research concerning to development of ATLAS coils descriptions for ATLAS off-line software. This work was executed by Georgian engineering center for CERN and applicant was one of the active member in the group. Later Niko TSUTSKIRIDZE did his fellowship program at CERN which was fully granted by Technical University of Georgia. Purpose of this program was preparation of the dissertation work and its approbation by CERN experts for the consistency to the European standards.
