VISIT OF RECTOR

Rector of Tbilisi State University professor Giorgi Khubua has visited at CERN. He mats with ATLAS spokesmen professor Peter Ienny and CERN chief scientific officer, deputy director general, Professor Jos Engelen. Mr. Khubua was also assisted by director of CAD/CAM engineering center professor Alexander Sharmazanashvili. Rector was acquainted with CAD/CAM engineering center’s activity at CERN. He has recognized as important step beyond for Georgia center’s participation into European projects and also made emphasize to possible involvement of center into European project ITER
