MEETING WITH PITTSBURGH UNIVERSITY GROUP

Georgian team has on-line meeting with VP1 software tolls developer group from Pittsburgh University – Dr Joseph BOUDREAU, Dr Edward MOYSE and Riccardo Maria BIANCHI. It was discussed cooperation aspects of join development of VP1 software. VP1 – Virtual Point 1, is part of ATLAS software enables 3D visualisation of events together with ATLAS detector components. Participation in VP1 development is one of the working packages to be done according to new collaboration agreement signed in January, 2015 by ATLAS and Georgian Technical University.
